Jonathan Barry

AI governance · sovereignty · systems risk

I work at the intersection of technology and public policy—thinking about how powerful systems should (and shouldn't) be built, deployed, and governed. I'm interested in rigorous work that stays readable, and ideas that hold up outside the lab.
